How to Whiten Your Teeth at Home Naturally

You have two options when it comes to whitening your teeth at home.

1. Your Own Homemade Teeth Whitening Toothpaste
2. Teeth Whitening Kits

I have included a video for a very simple recipe anyone can follow to make their teeth shiny white with their own homemade teeth whitening toothpaste.

Brush your teeth with this & you will soon see great results.

First get a plastic bowl, or any other container that can hold all the ingredients.

Then measure about half a cup of baking soda, it does not matter how big or small the cup is, as long as you use the same size cup for the hydrogen peroxide.

Then measure about one fourth of household hydrogen peroxide, which you should be able to find at your nearest convenience store.

Mix those two ingredients together.

Now add the glycerine into the mix. It is better to start by adding just a small amount and then add more if you need to. You don´t want it to be too sweet.

And finally add a drop or two of peppermint oil to the mix, to get that fresh aftertaste that normal toothpaste has.

That´s all there is to it.
